How To Prevent Migraines - Triggers That Cause Migraines

Migraines can cause excruciating pain but have you ever ondered what has caused them? Many migraines are brought on by triggers and on my journey to cure my migraine I looked into how to prevent migraines. I found that not every trigger effects everyone but here ar just a few of the popular triggers:

Smoking:
Smoking has ben known to cause headaches with smokers and it has scientifically been proven thhat smokers who quit smoking by half a pack go on to reduce migraine frequency and also pain.

Depression:
Depression is a two-way path. People who suffer from depression are more likely to be hit by migraines but on the othr hand those with migraines are likely to be hit by depression (trust me I know, sitting in my dark room trying to prevent a trigger is not fun).

Cheese:
Yup, that's right cheese is a trigger. Mainly the older harder cheese since it has a stronger smell

Smells:
Smells are popular in causing migraines since many migraineurs have sensitve sinuses. Spices are a very popular scent that starts of migraines for two reasons; one - it has a very strong scent, two - it is just a food that triggers your migraines

Obviously it will be hard to discoover your triggers but bestmigrainepainreliefsecret.info really helps by giving you a diet plan for migraineurs and also some very useful information about triggers.
